Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Riwaza, we want you and your loved ones to absolutely love your outfits. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help make it right. We have designed a transparent, fair, and straightforward return and exchange process to give you complete peace of mind while shopping with us.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe & Eligibility

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within [3 days] of receiving your delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them.

  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take immense pride in our quality check process. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will fix it immediately.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, custom craftsmanship, and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made, altered, or personalized apparel.

  • Items purchased during clearance or clearance "Final Sale" events.

  • Items that have been washed, worn, or are missing their original price tags.

4. How the Return/Exchange Process Works

  2. Reverse Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

(Note: If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pincode, we may request you to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse the shipping cost up to a standard amount).

5. Refund Process & Timing

  • Approval & Timing: Upon approval, your refund will be processed. The money will be credited back to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within [3-4 days].
