  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments, including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and NetBanking, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • COD Verification: For all Cash on Delivery orders, Riwaza reserves the right to contact the customer via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the order details before dispatch. Unverified or unresponsive orders may be canceled automatically.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are processed within standard timelines and shipped via reliable third-party logistics partners across India.

  • Delivery Estimates: While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen courier bottlenecks, regional holidays, or weather conditions. Riwaza is not liable for delayed deliveries caused by third-party shipping carriers.
